Here's an example of potential growth and appearance of an emp after a molt during an early instar. These are all siblings and the larger one looked like the other two a few days ago.

Mine never grow that much between molts. If fact mine are looking a little small to me. They are 5I and 6I but don't look anywhere near full size.
the biggest emp is it 31 or 41?.coz mine are about 1.5"-2" long and look just like them but their pincers are smaller and they hold them out wide rather than close like these in the pic.
Sorry, I don't keep good records when it comes to keeping up with instars. I only know they were all at the same instar before the larger one in the pic molted. I think the little scorps in the pic are holding their pincers in because they are kind of in "protection" mode... from me picking them up and them being on something that's moving around a little, so they kind of fold up. I'll try to post another pic of the same three when the next one molts.
