Went to the pet store today and bought 2 more scorpions.

Are these in fact Pandinus imperator or are they another Pandinus sp.?

@ChrisNCT Surprisingly that looks like it could be a P. imperator. If it is, it's not done growing given the color of the telson. A fully adult P. imperator will have a dark red telson.

By pet store you mean Petco? (Box in background) I would be surprised if Petco had true P. imperators as they have been carrying Heterometrus spp. and passing them off as "Emperor Scorpions" in more abundance than ever since the Emp ban.

I bought my 2 confirmed P. imperators from one Petco couple weeks ago. I went to another Petco today and saw these guys. They were advertised as Emperor Scorpions. They don't look like P. cavimanus to me though. I am guessing they are P. imperators as well.

based off of the grainulation on the carapace and the shape of it, id say this is a P. Dictator.

I would have to agree with Christianb96 as I also see granulation on the body and the triangle area on the cephalothorax where it adjoins the body looks to have the raised bumps. Will need a close up on that area.
