Great looking spid... any recent pics? Also did you get hit in the wallet for this species?

I hear they live in colonies in the wild any truth to that?

supposed to be horridly aggie but post seem to indicate that may be false.

They can be rather costly, but fortunately I got my large specimens at a good price from someone who was getting out of the hobby.

I definitely have not seen any "horrid aggression" from any of mine. They are nervous and fast though.

As far as living in colonies, I have not heard this. I have heard this of the "Peruvian chickenspider", but there have been some doubts expressed by many regarding the validity of this claim as well as the pictures that accompanied them.
