Pac-Man frog has huge lump on back

I got him at an expo he’s a baby , I noticed a huge lump on his back . And it’s freaking me out , it wasn’t there on June 30th . He’s on eco earth . His humidity stays at about 70% , his temp in his cage is between 75-80

Does the lump appear to be solid as a tissue mass, filled with liquid, or filled with gas? Just to very roughly ballpark, solid = possible tumor, gas = bacterial, liquid = ???
Solid, does not shift around easily if at all. Gas, tympanic. Tapped on gently you get a drum like sound.

The lump is soft , he’s eating fine , I haven’t seen any poop either

Soft but not fluid is common for fatty tumors. But we're shooting in the dark. The right vet could diagnose it in a quick glance.

Needs a vet. If you found a massive lump on yourself you'd see a doctor.
