I plan to do something like that. Maybe get a longer piece, along the corner and hot glue some vines on the edges, and some plants along the back and sides/ground of the tube, and some around the top. Maybe do tall plants in the back and shorten the length of them as it goes to foreground.
I think it could work!! In my experience how enclosures are set up make far more of a difference than just having more room as a hardfast rule. I hhave found reclusive/defensive behavior highly mitigated by well thhougtout and decorated enclosures. I never received a threat posture and saw my Psalmopoeus irminia out everyday, but she has well decorated enclosures

Sometimes my P. met gives me a threat pose for shining a light at it. Lol
My P. met is broken. She's the only tarantula I know for certain will be out and visible when I walk into the T room.

Mine is the same way. Its about 3" and it's 100% always out. On the bark, on the walls, etc. Always. It has made a web retreat behind the bark tube, and behind the plants, and made a dirt curtain, but it's always out.

@l4nsky my E. murinus is similar. Made a tunnel going straight down and a throne "trumpet entrance." Even when he's well fed, he will sit upon his throne motionless for days or weeks.

Yes I am, because I know that there are many factors that go into growth rates, but I wanted a general idea of what others experienced. Dont respond that question unless you have a specific experience to contribute.

What are you trying to say by that last statement?
we all can respond to anything on here. Surely you weren’t telling me not to respond.

What do you think? 🤔

I'm thinking A. I like the look of B. but I think it's too filled in? The double cork gives more hiding spaces but fills in a lot.

What do you think

Gotta give her room to stretch out so keep a space clear in the cork.
She's overdue for her final move.... 20220522_113700.jpg 20220409_151018.jpg 20220409_164933.jpg
