I'm going to go with: "as long as it goes on." There's no set time for how long any mating activity takes. Could be minutes or hours.

Poecilotheria breeding varies and is dependent on the specimens themselves. Most Poecilotheria take a long while of drumming and following each other until the male makes his quick insert and runs off at full speed. Poecilotheria males are very quick on inserting and do it very quickly to avoid being eaten.
