p.regalis ventral stripe question

does the ventral stripe being dark on the 1.50 to 1.75 inch sling have anything to do with its sex?

I wouldnt use it to judge sex at all. If anything it would be relavent to the number of molts, not the size. Ive have two male sac mates show the band at different instar. Same with the 2 females from the same exact sac. Total i have 4 from the same sac, 2 males and 2 females.

I have thought about this with my P. regalis, along with the carapace color change on my male/female GBB sac mates. Keep all the changes you see logged so you can go back and possibly find a pattern. You may find something someone hasnt noticed before and get others to look at thier own Ts.
