P. regalis / P. irminia, boy or girl?

i wanted to know if anyone can tell her/his sex?

Although I am not totally sure, from the first picture I will say it's male.

To get a ventral ID you really need a very clear picture, preferably without the smears of glass.
The alternative method of ID which is another 50/50 guess will be the folio but yours shows neither male nor female.
Try to get a better pic.

I'd also suggest you reduce the moisture in your enclosure and move it to off-dry substrate, whilst they will experience moist seasons they do far better when its not too wet.

he/ she is about 4" long and this is the first time i could get a picture of it.
and shes missing a legg.

it was a new enclosure and i had moistened it myabe 5 minutes before. he was just put in that enclosure.
