p. murinus molting?

hey guys i have an obt I just got yesterday, shortly after he got transferred I let 4-5 crickets loose in the tank (by morning they were all gone and their heads were webbed up together on the ground) well today i saw him make a web on a top corner. When I got home a couple of hours ago shes on the ground with a new web mixed with substrate and all sealed up. Is this a sign of a molt? shes about 3 inches or so.

edit: she made an entrance and an escape route.

Hey, you got it!

It sounds like it's just making itself at home. They build those kinds of webs... Dirt curtains, people like to call it. A sign of a molt will be the refusal of food and the blocking of the entrance and escape route with webs/substrate.

Also, you shouldn't have to be feeding it that much. I feed mine that many over the course of a month!

ah kk, ya i thought it was gonna molt cause it was sealed in for like a good 3-4 hours then around midnight i checked on her and she made escape route along with an entrance, and feeding i wont be giving her anything for another week or two.
