P metallica settling in

Hi guys, I just got a pair of subadult P metallicas a couple of days ago. Rehoused them today, photos are of the female. Do they usually take a while to acclimate? My other Ts all tend to eat on the same day as a rehouse.

Thanks for any advice guys, super excited to finally have my dream species.

Just as long as any other species, I wouldn’t even attempt to feed until it’s been atleast a week.

They will take as long as they take to fully settle in. Usually the larger the individual the longer it takes, could be weeks.
