I was feeding everyone tonight and left the top off of my P. cancerides(one of the few T's I bothered naming, Phyllis) while I fed everyone else...I was supervising her while she was without a top to the container, and she climbed part of the way out and sat on the edge of the container for the longest time...I had to take a picture of it, it just kinda struck me as cute. Here she is:

She looks like she'd ready to ready to eat too
Though if one of mine did this I would want a picture too. Was she ready for dinner when you closed her top?

Yeah, she's usually ready to eat. She's munching away right now :)

Cute pix, though that's not the sort of critter I would choose to allow to sit around with her top off. They don't have particularly nice temperaments, but they are good eaters. Awhile back, I saw someone describe them as being a critter with the appetite of a geniculata and the attitude of an usambara. It most certainly fits! :)
