We have her in a ten gallon aquarium with about 4 inches of substrate. She is one that we have raised since sling and became Jill's fav. We give larger enclosures to our breeding females. We are going to start using large, clear rubbermaid containers because they are cheaper.

What a beautiful T:)

Did you take her eggsack away or did it hatch with her? Just wondering how she did with it and how long she kept it.

Nice set-up, does she ever take a ride on the rhino=D

We removed the eggsac after thirty days and have it in incubaton now. The breeding male, who has been eaten, was very s-l-o-w in responding to mating. We had about eighty eggs and after removal of infertiles are left with 13. We are still waiting for legs to appear and we are at day 46 after eggsac was completed. She was a great momma she turned her sac diligently and in hind site we will probably leave the sac with her longer next time. Hopefully these eggs produce.

As a matter of fact she was going for a ride on the rhino when I took the pics I posted but as soon as I moved the tank top she darted into her shelter. I'll post her going for a ride when I can get the photo.
