OBT eggsack

I pulled my OBT's eggsack and opened it up to 75% EWLs and the rest nice cream colored eggs. I have a quick question. Do I need to remove all the web from the sack or can I leave a little bit in the incubator with the eggs? Some where still stuck to the webbing and I dont want to take the risk of damaging them by forcefully trying to get them off. Will the web ruin the good eggs or cause mold/mildew issues?
