Hello everybody.

I have a question for those of you who are experienced OBT keepers.

Have you observed whether your specimens prefer to be arboreal or terrestrial?

Thank you in advance.

I give mine enough substrate to dig, and some wood to climb on- it just hangs dirt curtains everywhere. Opportunistic webber, I guess.

And if you give it a lot of dirt, it'll dig a burrow, and web everything {D

So if i where to build an arboreal set up it would go for it. Correct?
Let me expand on what Joe is saying by a bit.
OBT's aren't arboreal, terrestrial, or obligate burrowers--they are webbers. As long as you give them enough space, and make sure it is nice and dry, and has stuff to anchor webbing too they will be happy, because they can adapt. They do whatever they want to--if you give them an arboreal tank, then they're arboreal. If you give them a terrestrial tank, then they're terrestrial. So, yes, an arboreal setup is just fine.
