How long have you had her?
Are males in her tank or has she been In with males recently to your knoweledge?
How often does she feed and has here been any changes in her feeding behaviour?

Ive had her for about 2 and a half months and she's never been with a male on my care but the person who gave her to me said she has but he's never seen her mate and shes looked pretty much like that the whole time I've had her
