Ok so I found this L variolus in northern louisiana but I can not find any research that says that L variolus is in Louisiana could this be a new discovery?

Also I found 4 specimens and 2 males 2 females I was able to catch the females but the males got away

Yes but this is larger than L mactans juveniles and only L mactans juveniles carry the white stripes and this is the size of an adult L mactans also the hourglasses are different the hourglasses on the specimens I caught were disconnected while the hourglasses of L mactans are connected and I have never seen a adult L mactans like this

Used to have a different species living in my house. Their webs look like shattered glass, very wild looking.
