Nile monitor

After months of research and thinking i finally decided to purchase a nile monitor, saw some at an expo and decided to buy one, im so excited and cant wait till he is bigger and i can build a large custom enclosure. right now hes housed in a super basic 40 gallon untill i can get some nice decorations! love this little guy

Congrats! Hope you already have experience, though. Because a Nile would not be my choice for a first varanid..... lol

Make sure you handle it daily. You don't want one of those to be full grown and still viewing people as a predator.
