I've been gone for a while, but finally back in the hobby and collecting Avicularia again.

I just finished the first shelf on my rack. It will ultimately hold 8 10-gallon vertical enclosures for adult females. Each has a custom clay background with cork bark embedded and live plants.



Here's a closer look at my the enclosure for one of my A. metallica girls. Think she is gravid? :D

Thanks! The screened top part is made from a DIY replacement screen kit. One kit, plus a bunch of extra corner connectors is enough to make tons of little mini screens. The little tabs that hold the door up are sold right in the same section. The door and bottom dam sections are glass I had cut at my local glass shop, and the "hinge" is actually just clear packing tape applied to both sides. :D
