Currently, all sales/trades of Latrodectus bishopi are suspended in the state of Florida while two government agencies decide on updating a new legal status of the species or not.
Sale/trade outside the state of the species that was acquired as captive-born prior to Aug. 19, 2005 is o'kay, but collection, sale or trade of the species in Florida is currently on hold.
I will post the new status/decision about their sale/trade on my website when I receive news from the state.
