ok so today I desided to build a setup for my crickets to breed. I scored a great deal on them so i decided breed them. The first pic is the "cage". its really just a interlocking plastic shipping crate. It has high sides and a lockable lids that interlock togeather. the only issue i had with it was their where two big holes on each side. This was fixed by useing thick ca to glue steel screen over it.
then useing cloth medical tape over the sharp edges then useing thin ca to harden and make perminate.
next i put in some egg crates, tp tubes and a few coconut shells.
then i put in their food and water and the breeder substrate.
then I used two steel gun locks to lockthe whole unit.
stuck it in my spare room with a 25 watt lamp on it let the chirpping begin.
thats it. hope you like it
