It has been a while since I kept centipedes and they're always a big hit at scout or school presentations so I had to pick up another few of these:

Nice centipede. If I wasn't a coward I'd keep one. You guys ever though about how centipedes and millipedes resemble yin/yang persay? Ones a predator, while another is a prey. Well they're both prey to other large animals. But you know what I mean. One is a carnivore, the other is a herbivore. One stings, while the other sprays. One is a slow mover and prefers defense; while the other is fast and prefers offense.

Just some food for thought. I mean ever thought about that both may have come from an original myriapod? That they evolved from the very same myriapod into what they are now today? Both evolving to match their sorrounding environments. I don't know if that would be true, since Iam nothing but a novice. But just making some brainstorming. lol. Thanks to this thread it has got me to think alot about them.
