Scorpion collection growing.

Got another 3 in the mail a couple days ago...

Let's play the species guessing game, shouldn't be too difficult.

1-I got this female as possibly gravid:

2-I got a pair of these humidity lovers:

Give me your guesses please :)...

Have to agree with galapheros that parabuthus liosoma is the 1st scorp and a heterometrus sp on the 2nd but not quite sure of exact species
Nice new additions !!!

Correct guys, P.liosoma and H.swammerdami . Anybody knows the gestation period for liosoma?

Also, this one is one the way... It should be easy to identify :) :

Androctonus amoreuxi and Androctonus australis, or 2 morphs of A. australis :D
The photos are of the same scorpion. First one is from the seller and second one I took with my proper camera. She is indeed Androctonus australis "Hector".

I'm curious if someone explained the " two morphs " of Andro australis or " hector " ?

Oh my bad, I thought they were 2 different specimens because of the different colors!
But I should have known both photos were of the same specimen, I didn't read carefully enough :angelic:

Unfortunately the P.liosoma female died today. She seemed like an old scorpion but still sad to loose.

This girl is getting to be a decent size though...
