Need help identifying beetle

I found this beetle while on a hike at the Audubon Society in Portland Oregon. I've never seen one like it before. I've searched the web trying to figure out what it is, but haven't had any luck. Anyone have any idea what it is?

Definitely Silphidae:Nicrophorus and I think it might be N. orbicollis, but it could also be sayi or tomentosus.

It might be a carrion beetle (Family Silphidae). Try doing a search for Necrophorus and see what you can find...

Not tomentosa or the thorax would be covered in yellow setae
