I caught this little guy near the door to my house. My first guess is a bark scorpion. It was caught in Prescott Arizona at around 5500 feet elevation. Pectines look as if it's a male but I'm not sure. I may decide too keep this guy if it's I'd turns out to be other than a bark scorpion.( I'm hoping for either a hairy or "devil" scorpion) If it is a bark scorpion I will just release it further away.

Thanks! Think I may keep this gal then. :D
I could be wrong on the gender. It's hard to count the pectine teeth in that picture. It's probably easier for you in person.
The pectine tooth count goes as follows.

Females 16-22
Males 22-27

I'd keep it. They're spunky little devils.

Well I put it back in a nice rock patch further from the house. She was happy to run off and hide. I'm happy to know they are around, keeping the bark scorpions away ;)
