My scorpion left its old exoskeleton in its hole

So my scorpion (Asian Forest Scorpiom) left his old exoskeleton in its hole after molting. It's been nearly two weeks and he won't bring it out, should I go get it, or let it be? I'm scared fungus/bacteria are gonna infect the old skin or something.

Just pull it out with a tweezers.

long tongs or tweezers will work, unless its burrow is hard to access without destroying the setup
