Please send me a replacement S. calceatum, this one appears to be broken.
1. She's not hiding 24/7
2. All I can see as of now is some feet poking out of the substrate.
3. She grabs substrate, climbs near her hide, drops the substrate, goes back down, grabs the same clump of substrate and repeats.

I still love her though.

Moving substrate around and not eating, may be getting ready to molt

I wish most S. cals were like that! You are lucky to even see yours at all ;) To me, seems to be an improvement and not a malfunction :D

How long have you had her for? Is this her usual behaviour?
If not, maybe it's like with some of these 0.1 humans where they suddenly freak out around once a month :)

Had her for a month, she spent the majority of that time in her webbed up hide. Now she's just renovating it seems
