I am a proud kitty owner. He is 5 years old and is just a regular gray tabby.
The way I got him is interesting
I was delivering pizza for a small local shop. I took an order this house about a mile back from the actual shop. The lady who was paying invited me since it was cold and rainy. I stepped into the kitchen, when from the laundry room, this 5 month old kitten comes walking up to me. He gets to me, put his front paws on my legs and sniffs me. He then started rubbing my legs. I mention he is a sweet cat. She asks if I would like to take him home, and I said yes. My shift was over at 10 so I asked if that would be too late. She said no. She told me the reason they had get rid of the cats was because they were moving. Anyways, she tipped decently as well.
I still have the little guy, and we are very close.
