Brad, cool stuff. Looks like you got the right amount of humidity. Keep posting pics of her as she progresses.

Well she is doing well, eating fruit flies and 1/8" crickets. She is drinking too.
Still no siblings, although the other eggs in the clutch are fat and very close.
She hatched after almost exactly 8 months incubation.
She is definitely the "early bird".
I have a lot of eggs due to hatch over the next month to six weeks.

There are three in the nursery enclosure now, and I am pretty sure a fourth is completely out and wandering around in the hatching container, but I am not going to check till morning as I have no better place for him/her to spend the night .... can move in with the sibs tomorrow.

I love chameleons. They are cute as buttons when they are so tiny. I want another, but right now I have way too many distractions, plus I lack a separate room with low (no) traffic. They are awesome, but SO delicate. I can't wait until I feel ready to tackle another one.

I thought you couldnt house these together because they are real territorial even to a mirror?

Correct, and even at a few days old they will do better if raised alone.
However, most keepers successfully raise clutches together. You have to keep an eye out for bullies and also weaker siblings, but for 2 to 3 months you can keep them in groups based on size.
I have three waves of clutches that will be hatching over the next month and clutch sizes here range from 30 to 50.
I keep a close eye on what's going on and provide lots of roosts and perches so everyone can have their own space.
