I have a MM brachypelma vagans that matured about 3 months ago and he's been doing fine for the most part. The other day i noticed he was positioned vertically with his butt in the air on the side of his enclosure. I thought nothing of it. I watered some other ts and then noticed about 2 hours later a quarter sized puddle of clear liquid under the mouth of my still inverted b vagans. Any thoughts on what this was? Venom?

Most likely water from drinking or fluid from grooming
Okay cool. Tried searching via AB and Google and only came up with some loose info. He is still fine and active. Appreciate the quick reply.

From my experience MMs drink more often than others. I guess you are more likely to see it on them. I have seen some Ts positioned exactly like yours with a clear fluid droplet protruding from the mouth parts. All mine are fine. Im sure your guy is fine too.

Yeah he definitely plows through the water now more than ever before. I dont think he ever drank before maturing
