My Millipedes

I finally got me a couple of millipedes, and I thought I'd post some pics. They're a bit small at the moment, but I think that will change. They're really pretty, black with orangey-pink highlights. Here's the first pic:

My son Louis, has a baby one like that. He wants to
get more of them. :)
The other millies we have are getting really big, one is
almost a foot long now:eek:

Yeah, cool flat milipedes,...

What's their natural habitat?
Can you keep those like other milipedes?
At insectfairs here in Europe their not to often offered, once in a while but their rather expensive here :(

Do you want to breed with them?

Their natural habitat is my mom's flower garden, hehe. I rescued them before she could chop them with the trowel she was using. So far they've been eating lettuce and carrots and such very well. I have two in the same enclosure, but I don't know how to sex them, so I don't know if a breeding attempt would be successful. They're really abundant in the woods around my house as well. If anyone wants a few, drop me a pm or email and I'll be happy to get some.
