My little Cobalt... Molting? Eating?

She's not molting, but I had a question about it. She's very pretty, but the blue coloring isn't very vibrant. Will that change after she molts?

And also, I know it's normal for them to go awhile without eating, but none of my little pets have ever rejected a meal. And ever since I bought her she wont eat. I even offered her a little pinky mouse and she didn't care in the slightest. The little mouse was like rubbing on her and being all cudlly to my tarantula and she didn't care. I thought that was odd. Is it?
