I got a camera a week or two ago and it has macro and super macro modes and I've been working on taking pictures of insects, spiders, and a lot of other animals, etc.

Instead of making a million different threads for my pictures I'll contain them to this one and just up it whenever I add more.

Any ID's on the insects would be helpful so I can research and learn more about them.

I'll start with some photos I took today at my dad's house while exploring his yard.

All photos were taken on the west coast of Florida, north of Tampa.

The Florida bugs look like a baby assassin bug and a lot of boxelder bugs (or a close relative).

Cool macro pics!
