my B.smithi's been hidding

no wonder why my B.smithi has been in its hiddy hut for the past two weeks, she molted. I wasn't worried because she's been eating just fine, tonight I lifted the hut, just to check on her and there she was in her swanky new "outfit" aint she perdy

I took a pic when I first got it and posted it but it was too blurry to be sure.
I kinda thought the same thing, when I saw how elongated the abdomin is. I'll try and get a better pic when I get a chance.

I have one T molting right now and one that looks like she intends to very soon. I miss my B. smithi though. I'm hoping to get a new one soon, along with half a dozen other slings!

no it's far from adult, the cephlo, is only bout the size of an av. adult thumb nail

I was looking at the freshly molted pic, and was wondering if it looks like a flame knee? or is it just me?
Does any one have a sub adult pic of a flame knee that I could compare it to?

If it's a molt, do you still have the shed skin? You might be able to freshen it up with some soapy water or something. The shed skin is the best way to sex the critters, I've found.
