My B. smithi is molting!

I just glanced over and saw that she wasn't in the spot she's been in for the past week or so and saw a dark spot. I leaned closer and she had flipped onto her back!

My baby's growin' up!



I just misted the crap out of her tank... I hope everything goes okay!

Congrats!

But take it easy on the misting, especially with this species. If there's a water dish in there, and suitable heat, there'll be enough humidity for it to molt without problem. If you must mist, only mist the areas away from the T, don't spray down the t directly.

I only misted the other side of the cage. I felt the need to mist because she's in a KK and they don't retain humidity very well at all, which usually works for her, but I don't want to cut any corners with her molt.
