maybe some help on this one

Ok i know this is an Aphonopelma sp. but im not sure what exactly. the guy i got it from said he had it for about six months and i have now had it for about a year. It has never molted and is about 2"....i have to believe it is a female cause i cant imagine any male sp of any kind going that long without a molt. My guess a dwarf Sp...if you can help ID it than your comments are more than welcome

Oh I am jealous of the A.moderatum and the T.apophysis! I had one lined up recently (A.moderatum) and it died the morning I went to pick it up :(

that sucks philist...i couldnt believ i saw that adult female at the local reptile show for $50. i had to take that deal!

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Aphonopelma, but that moderatum is very nice.

You didn't want to take that H. maculata out of her jug for a photo shoot? lol ;)

eric,

your apartment sounds like ours. 1 bedroom/1 bath. 823 square feet.

residents: 2 people, 4 cats, 1 dog, 62 tarantulas, 8 scorpions, and two roach colonies. {D
