Dropped out of the short-lived hobby I had so I sold my dehanni pede and my bearded dragon. I have been looking for something more interesting though, a communal mutilans tank. Any records of people keeping these guys in a communal environment? Is anyone selling these? Let me know if this is a stupid idea.

it can be hard to find healthy imported specimens.
Agreed.
I've had mixed success with them in communal setups.
Many times they did very well together, then all of the sudden I'd find one pede eaten in a molt.
In my own experience, I've never successfully had the two different colorforms(yellow leg and red leg) successfully kept together.
It seemed like the yellow legs would always wipe out the red legs.
I'd say just go for it, most of the time it has worked for me.

Have around 20-30 plings living together. No casualties as far as I could see so far.

I've got a few adults living together in a large terrarium. Seem to be doing well after a few months. Had some difficulty at first when I first put them in the terrarium - they'd been in seperate deli cups prior to that. Be sure to feed them well before putting them together, and make sure there's plenty of food available at first.
