Well it seems she finally decided to chomp through the pond liner and flood her hide (you can see the water level half way up the polystyrene and the soaked substrate)
I made a mould type thing from polystyrene glued it together then laid liner over it, put a piece of 1mm plastic (you can just see that to the right of her) to keep the sub where it's meant to be.
I think ill have to use the vacuum former to make a solid shape this time round.
