Mould?

Hey, all.

Noted these white spots in with my Selenotypus.
The wife thinks it might be mould.
Any thoughts?

It probably is mold, but don't worry too much about it. While unsightly, it's harmless to your tarantula. You can just spot clean it out. Also, if there's mold it might be a sign that there's poor ventilation in the enclosure, so it might be a good idea to modify it a little to increase airflow.

I thought it might be. But they've been in the same container for over a year now, and probably don't get watered as often as they should.
Also, it's still fairly warm at moment (28°C)
