Looks like the Giant Leopard Moth, Hypercompe scribonia. Super gorgeous, wish I could find stuff like that! Love the black rings and the orange-esque abdomen. Such contrast :D

Seems that it's wings have failed to expand, sadly. Judging by the pile of eggs it probably isn't just freshly eclosed.

I thought it was just recently emerged from the Cocoon which would explain the wings, I had not even noticed the eggs until i zoomed-in.

Now I went from being amazed to being sad.

Likely she is a female, males attracted to her pheromones will most likely mate with her, althought she got no wings and the mating might fail (the female needs to carry the male to be successful) but if she mates, try to leave a plant near her so she can lay her eggs ( i think they do that when they cant find their host plant, hoping the caterpillars will ) i know this post in late but i hope it helps you next time
