Moth for dinner?

I feed them when available. Along with other collected insects !

No need to worry about when to switch back to crickets not a prob.

I have in the past cut the wings down to about a 1/3 of size, to cut down on
wing scales.

Its a debate on whether to feed wild caught prey like moths etc, but as long as you think pesticide use is not very close to your house, I dont think it is harmful occasionally. I feed an occasional moth to my Ts and they do love actually having to hunt them. My pokies really like hunting them.

unfortunately my request was ignored by wormgirl and it seems that the moth got fed anyway:(

oh well..i tried.

i don't think it was a debate whether to feed WC or not??? it was more out of concern:? since allot of us didn't know the identity of the moth..usually wild, bright colors are a warning for predators to beware that's all....we aired on the side of caution.....but as we can see no harm, no foul
