So for almost a month one of my Phormictopus cancerides slings wouldn't eat, and I was starting to get worried. I knew he/she was probably in premolt, but after such a long time, I started to wonder if she was ok. Well anyways, my other P.cancerides sling stopped eating for like a week, and BAM! She molted! That was on saturday, (5-14-11). Wife wasn't happy I kept running in to the T room to check on my baby lol, considering it was our anniversary. Also, today I got home, checked on my P.cancerides (the one that has been in premolt for FOREVER, and he/she was just sitting there.) Decided to play some Black Ops and I check on her before I head down stairs, and he/she is on her back!!! I'm so excited right now :D:D:D I'll post pics when she's done molting, don't really wanna disturb her right now ;)

From a different thread i posted earlier (Mating hooks, boxing gloves, no sperm webs...) He just let me know here also to make sure I got his reply. I also said that he molted into maturity 4 months ago

No, I was asking where he came up with the fact that it will not live longer than a year. MM G. rosea can live years after they mature as xhexdx stated in the other thread. So I have no idea where Coe got his info.

Ohh ok. Well thanks for the clarification ;) I'm glad he'll live a while longer, cus he's my second T i've ever had. First was a MF G.rosea, who died when she turned 18. My friend came over like three months later and suprised me with a new one, i was so flippin happy lol
