Does the length of time it takes a millipede to molt reflect on the relative humidity of the enclosure or anything else? Health? I have a Narceus americanus that has been molting for a week. She is in a coil; not limp but staying on the surface. She has shed the exoskeleton but didn't eat it. She's just lying there... I haven't see it take that long. I want to scoop her up in a bit of substrate and keep her alone in a smaller box with just moist coir and higher humidity. I know to be very careful. I think there is less a chance for me to hurt her than one of her 9 Cherry Foot friends.
