not necessarily - I'd check your temp and humidity to make sure it's not too hot - I had a recent experience with my rosie where it was too hot and she buried herself in the corner for a while.
If the temp is fine, than just keep in mind that all spiders, rosies being at the top of the list, are just plain weird.
Or, maybe it'll molt! If it hasn't eaten in a few days, make sure and remove the crix from the container....they could kill your precious T during a molt.
I don't think there are any hard and fast rules for tarantulas. Some of mine go into their hides and molt out of site while others go out into the open, lay some heavy webbing down and molt in plain site (guess they're not shy). The real hint is they stop eating (usually) for a while before molting. Could be a few days, weeks, or even months.
