Mold?

Is this white stuff mold? Should I throw in a new piece of cork bark. I don't see it any where else, just the bark.

You can it’s not really a big deal. Are you trying to sterilize cork bark? If so stop

No, I just noticed all the white spots. That was a fresh piece of cork bark when I put it in the enclosure.

Yes- non issue for now.

Mold grows in damp conditions, with low venting typically.

Need to address the box it’s in etc

Sometimes cleaning it off works, sometimes not.

Moist sub > add springtails. Not moist sub > myco will die.
