Mold or Webbing?

Hey guys, I have a small P.Pederseni 3rd instar in its enclosure, I went to check on and the cork bark I put in the enclosure for it to climb on is covered in a thin white...for lack of a better term fuzz. My first though was mold, but it dosen have the same consistanty as white fuzzy mold would. I wonder if this is just sparadic webbing?:?

Pictures would help tremendously. Is this something that appeared over night?

I still have a hard time telling the difference between sling webbing and mold. My little 2nd instar P. cancerides always make a pretty thick feeding mat and it looks exactly like a small patch of mold.
