Mold and a molt?

Well.... I took my sling out of its old vile and put it into a new one..... I forgot about the old vile until today, I opened it to find a little patch of mold in it...... And judging by the size of it, id say it was in there for a while.... Now about the molting part..... What if a T molts in moldy substrate? I dont have mold in mine... But what if this happend? What sould I do?
