I've had four greenhouse millipedes in a container for about a month now and for the last approximately 2 weeks, two of them have been seemingly stuck to each other. One slightly smaller one "rides" the other and the one on the bottom doesn't seem to mind. They walk around and eat like the other two but just stay on each other all the time. I wondered if anyone knows why or has a theory.

The male is grooming the female for mating. I have several scarlets and 2 of them are together all the time.
