I found a good way to get rid of the pumpkin meat that is left over from carving Jack-O-Lanterns. I cut it up into smaller pieces and placed them in the tank that I have all my common garden millipedes in for them to eat, and they love it! They have made deep caverns in the chunks, and about 30% of the pumpkin meat has been consumed since 9:00 AM this morning. They also eat their food from the bottom-up. Don't waste pumpkin meat, feed it to your milles:D.
On a side-note, I'm getting 2 Fire Millipedes on Monday:) . Hopefully they're a male-female pair, as I'd like for them to breed. Thanks for reading!
