I've read rumors around the net saying that millipedes can be kept in a cohab setting, and even saw a couple photos of milli interspecies cohabs on the boards, but I'm wondering if there are any rules of thumb for setting up a cohab either for species included, or for cohab-ing period.

What are you wanting to cohabitate? Different species of millipedes, or a species of millipede with other kinds of inverts/verts?

Regarding just mixed species of millipedes, some people have posted about it here in the past:

Opinions and experiences seem mixed. It might take trial and error?

Thanks for the links! Helped a fair bit, and I was planning on several species of pede, as well as to make the tank more critter friendly adding a few isopods to the tank to help maintain. The idea of I multi species, rainforest vivarium in one link seemed interesting to me.
