If I got some millipedes, how would I control their population? I want to get flame leg millipedes.

Unfortunately, preaching abstinence to them doesn't work.
A few options including getting only males so they can't breed, getting only juvenile females, so they won't be fertilized (unless these guys are parthenogenetic?), keeping a mixed group but sifting eggs out of substrate and freezing them for several days to destroy them before they hatch, or destroying surplus pedelings after they hatch.

Just be aware that unlike many millipedes, flame legs don't usually live very long once reaching adulthood. So unless you keep some babies your group will die off in a couple of years. And if you do keep babies make sure to keep some extra, because millipedes sometimes die while they are still very small. Tbh I think I'd just keep all of them and sell or give away any surplus babies once they get too big to all share the tank.
